Get first three elements in reversed order from a list

Assume a list:

A = [2,3,57,4,3]

I can access the last 3 elements of the list like this:

A[2:] , which gives [57,4,3]

But, how do I access the first three elements in reverse order:

A[2:0:-1], only gives [57,3], and I want [57,3,2]
